In U.S., the contemporary oil business was born in the late 19th century. It came into existence after the empowering of a Cleveland oil refinery during the Civil War which was founded by John D.

Rockefeller. After this, the energy sector expanded tremendously. Energy sector provides various career opportunities. About 2 percent of the workforce in U.S. is from the energy sector.
