Entry-level network employees: Desktop support or customer service employees perform functions regarding network maintenance. Generally these people attain phone calls or emails form the consumer who seeks some help regarding software or hardware of company. They offer end user support for network-based applications and carry out regular network repairs work. These support employees handles only client machines and cables; they does not handles the server.

Junior administrators:
