Hi tech industry offers various careers opportunities for the freshers. Following are different job positions for the freshers in hi tech industry.

Entry-level network employees:
Desktop support or customer service employees perform functions regarding network maintenance. Generally these people attain phone calls or emails form the consumer who seeks some help regarding software or hardware of company.

They offer end user support for network-based applications and carry out regular network repairs work. These support employees handles only client machines and cables; they does not handles the server.

Junior administrators:
Usually junior administrators are the task-oriented people who are responsible for performing basic server work. Senior administrators research, collect data from managers and take planning decisions while junior administrators do some specific tasks assigned by senior administrators. Junior administrators do not operate on end-user applications or client machine operating systems. Support personnel take care of these things.

Junior software engineers:
A fresh college graduate with modest experience might get a job as a junior software engineer. Inexperienced software engineers generally begin their job by supporting existing product. They are responsible for evaluating and analyzing the results of software testing. They also assist in software implementation by installing the programs or applications along with debugging and modification of programs as per guidance of senior engineers.

Support specialists:
Computer support specialists who are also called technical support specialists or helpdesk technicians or customer service representatives are responsible for offering technical help to consumers over the telephone or via e-mail. They use diagnostic programs to help out consumers or colleague in troubleshooting and repairing their hardware or software. Support specialists also assist in installing software or hardware
