Applying for a job

The employers will evaluate the applicant's potential by reading his/her resume and schedule interview accordingly.

An employer looks out only for the quintessential details in your resume. There is no point in providing details like your interests and hobbies or whether you had been the captain of the college rugby team. Your professionalism and competency can be judged only from the details of your educational qualifications, work experience, and the related skills you have acquired. Do not forget the basics of grammar and spelling while you write the resume.
