An automotive service consultant works in automobile maintenance workshops of a dealership or an auto shop where repair and maintenance are carried out. He is the first to meet and greet customers and take a view of the problems they are facing with the vehicles. He inspects the automobiles, recognizes the nature of malfunctioning and determines the repairing needs of the vehicle.
