He trains a team of customer service executives who take up enquiry calls, answer emails, or attend to walk in respondents and provide them with information about the event. He ensures the interested people make bookings. He collects daily booking records and keeps track of the sold and unsold tickets. He co-operates with the event organizers and makes sure there is sufficient space to accommodate the audience, the seating arrangements are neat and they are marked with accurate seat numbers.
