Banquet refers to an elaborate meal that consists of starters, main course, desserts, beverages, etc., along with some entertainment. Thus, hotels provide banquet halls to their customers to hold ceremonies, events, charitable functions, business meetings and fashion shows and provide them with catering, hospitality and entertainment services.
