Home infusion pharmacy care is available for many diseases and therapies. Along with comfort, it is cost effective as well. The pharmacist has to carry out many diverse functions based on his or her specialty, and also depending on the clients the recruiting organization serves. However, the duties may include: IV preparation, therapy decision and monitoring, managing the inventory, application of clinical knowledge, etc.
