A call center specialist is hired to handle customers' queries, complaints, and orders. She has to respond to telephone calls of customers professionally and in a prompt manner. Though her job is to be on the telephone for entire shift, she must also be able to work on computers. She will also be trained to work on the customized software of the call center. She must have the ability to access and retrieve records from the computer quickly, and pass on the needed information to the person on the other side of the phone.
