Booking agent is a very different field from manager. The task of the booking agent is to book shows for the artists that they are going to represent. They are responsible for making all the arrangements with the people promoting the shows.
Arrangements of sound, lighting, hotel budget, meal, snack food, transportation and accommodations are all handled by booking agent. The booking agents offer different fees for the services that they provide.
If you want to become a booking agent then you have to impress your clients. You can impress them by representing your effective resume. Your resume must include your past work history, qualifications, courses and your skills.
