Benefits analyst is responsible for testing, continuing and configuration maintenance of claims processing application that is used to define and calculate benefits. They respond to coverage inquiries from both internal and external sources. Organize benefits structure to make sure about the accurate claims processing. He or she also responsible for developing the testing plans for all benefit structure. Organize and develop test plans for system upgrades. They provide input and output to the supervisor in creating and maintaining documentation for staff. They help with the development of member materials.
