HR analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, delivering and evaluation of human resource system. He or she work as communicator with the department of information technology and third party human resource vendors. They prepare all monthly reports by checking and combing all inputs from HR working platforms. They also provide system administration and support for human resource technologies. HR analyst provides reliable information, support and reports to plan and forecast the process to make sure about the completion of accurate updates.
HR analyst provides direction and knowledge to business partners and workforce team. They also maintain employment cost database and headcount movement to provide updated monthly data. He or she completes the training HR projects as assigned. Cover payroll duties as required.
