Legislative Assistant Resume

Legislative assistants are responsible for helping legislators in the preparation of proposed legislations. They study the current laws and try to find out facts and figures that could be used in composing new legislation. In addition, they perform several administrative duties, attend meetings on behalf of the legislators, hear and solve issues of the people who have elected the legislators.
