Care Associate Resume

Care associate is responsible for helping and greeting customers. This position serves as entry level client care associate under supervision of director. He or she takes phone orders for respiratory, internal and sleep products and other services and related equipments. They help with equipment exchanges. Customer care provides all the information on equipment and services and completes the order intake. They help clients to manage or correct action plan with supervisor. Care associate verifies insurance and eligibility.

Care associate works under the supervision of client care specialist to meet all the needs of client. They maintain physician, customer and referral master files. He or she is also responsible for supporting warehouse management of new patient delivery schedule to promise timely delivery and proper delivery of equipment.
