Court Clerk Resume

Every case that is heard in the court has to be documented properly. Without proper documentation, finding suitable link to the cases will not be possible. Since many cases appear in front of a judge on a day, it is impossible for the judge to remember what orders he or she has given against a particular hearing. Hence, court appoints people who are excellent in performing clerical jobs and recording and maintaining details of court proceedings, and orders passed by the judges.

They collect litigation taxes, compensation tax, criminal injuries, and funds for the impaired driver's trust fund, county expense fees, fines, sheriff's fees and witness fees. Court clerk prepares bills of costs and make collection when the amounts are unpaid. They also collect support that includes pursuant to court order and alimony and child support.
