General Contractor Resume

A general contactor is an individual or a group, which contract with another person or organization for the renovation or construction of the road, building or other structure.

This person coordinate and supervise the constcruction site work from early development to final product. Therefore general contactor is defined as the builder of the prime construction contract for the project.

General contractor is responsible for methods, strategies and material to be used in the construction execution of the project as well as contract documents. These contract documents include the agreemnt of contact including budget, plans and specifications of the project.

Usually general contractor is responsible for suppy of all material, equipment, labor and necessary services for the completion of construction project.
