Food Service Director Resume


Food director is responsible for standardizing recipes that are used to prepare as menu items. He also investigates and develops new recipes and includes them in new products or new procedures. They put in order all the instructions of preparation. They are also responsible for managing the training programs for food production to maintain quality standards. They maintain the procedures for ordering, storing, receiving, preparing and serving of food.

Food service director is responsible for hiring and interviewing new candidate and training for them.
