Food Service Director Resume

A food service director manages the food preparation activities of a facility and ensures the food is of the best quality. This position handles several facets of food preparation and presentation. The major responsibility the incumbent is entrusted with is to assure adequate supplies at the facility necessary for the food preparation. The person is also responsible for the safety of the kitchen equipment and the compliance of the kitchen area with the local health codes.
