Entry Level Nurse Resume

Entry level nurse works under the direction of nursing and medical staff in care of patients in hospital. They are responsible for answering signal lights, intercom systems or bells to determine the needs of patients. Entry level nurse records or takes temperature, pulse and respiration rates, blood pressure and food and fluid intake and output as directed. They are also responsible for sterilizing, preparing, and storing. Entry level nurse help to transport patients using wheel cart or wheel chair and help them to walk. He or she drapes patients for treatments and examinations. Entry level nurse sometimes also act as supporter for health care rights for families, communities, groups and for individuals. They provide treatment and personal care to patients in private home settings. They are responsible for creating humanistic and therapeutic environment that make easy to promotion, restoration and maintenance of health.
