Objective of graduate resume contains skills, position for what you are looking, achievements, special skills that you are want to develop and your requirement of company that you want to work for. Objective is the tool that draws your employer's eyes to your
resume.

The statement of your objective should be very limited, clear and easy to read and understandable. Some candidate use very weak word and poor consideration to write their resume. The candidates who are newly graduate are having some misunderstands that the employers are not interested in what the candidate is seeking for. So if you want to attract by employer then you should write your objective with effective words.
The objectives are necessary when you are searching for new field, for first job or any other job without any work experience regarding to that field. You need to modify your objective due to the post you are applying for. It will help you to change over view of your resume.
When a fresher or graduate student is applying for first time for trainee role, they need to include in the resume. The students who are applying for admission in universities may also include their objective. The candidates who are having couple of years experience in any field may also use to include objective to improve their resume.
Some graduates who want to change their career need to mention why they are going to change career and why they are interested in the position that they want to work in. They may also add their previous skills in objective.
