Board Operator Resume


Responsibilities of board operator include set up of promotional items, tables, tents, banners, tents and sound equipments for remotes, station appearances and special events. They help in the development and to carry out of station on field promotions and special events. Board operator interfaces with listeners, clients and general public during off site promotional activities. They are also responsible for maintaining and organizing prizes and game equipments. He or she must be having ability to work together creatively with promotions or sales staff. Sometimes they need to load all equipment and promotional items in vehicle after event.

Board operator is also responsible for helping on-air personalities and sales executives with on-site contests, requests, prizes etc. They provide customer service by determining the needs of clients before event. Help to carry out Community Relations programs. Other duties such as taking on air calls from remote locations, equipment trouble shooting, maintaining quality of sound, supervision of audio vault and did training programs.
