Camera operators play a vital role and support the Director of Photography by caring out their instructions. They are responsible for preparing, setting and collecting up the equipment prior to filming including monitors, tripods, cables, lighting, leads and headphones. Camera operator also provides information or suggestion for getting best a scene by shooting. He or she also make planning for shots when filming a luxurious drama scene. They prepared themselves for innovate and experiment with ideas. Camera operator is the first person who use camera's eye piece first time to evaluate the performance, art direction, composition, lightning, camera movement to create the cinematic experience.
They work quickly if there is some important factor. They may take help or instructions from the director or director of photography. They are responsible for taking sole responsibility if there is only one camera operator involved in the filming. This position of camera director requires high level of strength and stamina because it is physically demanding. They do other duties as needed and related to the position of camera director.
