Forklift Operator Resume
Forklift operator is responsible for transferring heavy loads of raw materials and finished good in factories, warehouses, shipyards, storage yards, discount stores, construction sites and other various industrial setting. They may work indoors and outdoors and may work in shift. Forklift operators are responsible for driving electric, gas, diesel or petroleum powered trucks prepared with metal fork attachments and hydraulic system that is useful for lifting and pallets for carrying. The person working as forklift operator need to take proper training as a forklift operator. Forklift operator is also responsible for other duties such as loading the forklift, conform that the material is placed in the proper storage that will be easy to make records and keep the records of materials that are transferred.

They may also work as a shipping clerk or as an operator to operate other equipment on the worksite. They may operate small electric forklifts that are used to move finished materials in store shelves and heavy forklifts in manufacturing sites, forklifts with diesel power at construction sites loading logs, concrete slabs and other loads. Some forklifts are provided with cranes, shooting booms, shovels, telescopic attachments depending on the type of material that being transferred.
