PBX Operator Resume


PBX operator is responsible for directing and screening of incoming calls through PBX phone system. They help to maintain accounting related calls and help to all visitors, patients, vendors and associates. PBX operator is also responsible for managing meetings, appointments, processing medical record and billing. They direct calls to guest's rooms, departments or staffs. This person must be polite all guests in friendly manor. They are responsible for helping, regarding to filing, data entry, clerical and other duties. They maintain and coordinate all file requests from storage.

PBX operator plays an important role to make sure that all guests are meeting their needs on timely manner. They enter all the information into hotel computer and maintain guest records with accuracy. Mostly they answer all the telephone calls and connect them to appropriate extensions. For this position candidate must be having excellent communication skills.
