A retail manager shoulders myriads of responsibilities from hiring, training, and monitoring performance of staff to taking care of daily sales and operations. They are the head of the stores and have to solve every single minor and major problem then and there as they crop. In addition, the retail managers also have to see inventory and ensure that the store has not stocked non-running items or something out of the fashion and trend.
