Script Supervisor Resume

A script supervisor is also known as a continuity script supervisor. He has to perform various duties before, during and after the film production. The main duty of a script supervisor is to document every detail surrounding movie scenes as they are filmed. Also he is responsible to keep record of which film scenes have been completed until.

The script supervisor works with the screenwriting team for creating a working script for the crew members or actors before production on a film. During the production of film he frequently remains on the set with the director and technical crew and records which takes are deemed acceptable by the director.

After the completion of a film's shooting script supervisor's duties changes to the editing process. As the director can not be present for editing sessions, the editor of film may work with the script supervisor.
