Desktop Support Resume

Desktop supporter is responsible for helping staff with technical support of PDA's, PC's, tablets PCs, laptops, scanners, printers and other applications and related technologies. They help with configuration, installation and ongoing usability of desktop computers. He or she installs equipments, parts, lines, hardware and software. The candidate for this position must be having activities related to application software and operating systems to solve unique and non recurring problems. The provide training to staff on use of software and hardware.
