PC supporter provides and plans wide range of technical support including installation of personal computers, undertaking maintenance and minor repairs of personal computer, carrying software installation and updates on personal computers, troubleshooting and solving software and hardware problems. They also provide PC training to users as required. PC training also includes carrying out administrative work related to technical support activities.
