Support engineer is responsible for providing support to prospective Tech Excel and existing customers. He or she responds to inquiries of customer inquiries through email, web, phone, diagnoses and analyses problems. Mostly they provide telephone based and electronic technical support for Tech Excel Products. They are also responsible for creating and contributing the internal knowledge to the maintenance and development of Tech Excel.
For this position the applicant must be having other language knowledge and excellent communication skills. Support engineer provides pre or post sales support to sales team and customers. They also represent the customers in a professional and positive manner. Responsible for other duties as assigned.
