The support manager is the first point of contact for merchants who support the sales professional in organization. Support manager is responsible for serving both internal and external customers. He or she is responsible for all the day-to-day operational relationship with merchant training, merchants, checking merchant's flow, merchant questions and preparing reports and statements.
