Technical Support Resume

Technical supporter is responsible for maintaining and observing the computer systems and networks. They install and arrange computer systems and solve technical problems and identify hardware and software faults. He or she talk with staff or client over the telephone or face to face. They are responsible for providing support and documentation. Technical supporter needs to work continuously until the task completion. Sometimes, the technical supporters are known as help desk operators, maintenance engineers or technicians. They are responsible for running network applications to support users and systems.

Problems of computer may happen through system failure, user misunderstanding or operator error. Technical supporter finds out the solutions to problems and replace parts as required. The candidate for this position must flexible to respond within agreed time limits to call-outs. Responsible for other duties as assigned.
