HR analysts are responsible for reviewing and improving HR policies and procedures. This job title is generally available with big companies. where the duties and responsibilities are two-fold. The HR analysts develop, analyze, and deliver effective human resource systems. They collect and study data related to job, company issues, and costs using a special software called Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). These HR analysts analyze salary structure and find out if it is appropriate to the job title. They also study the job description, and identify the skills and abilities required for the job. Some of them may also specialize in interviewing and hiring suitable candidates. To ensure company is hiring the right talents, they develop skills tests for different job designation and ask candidates to do it. Their job is also to develop reasonable compensation and benefits package for employees.
