Transaction Analyst Resume

Transaction analysts work closely with CFO (Chief Finance Officer) and member of executive committee for multiple projects. These projects could be related to merging and acquisition, outsourcing transactions, initiating and achieving growth for the business. They have to create and maintain financial models in MS Office Suite to present their findings of financial analysis of the business. People working in this position must have strong knowledge of general accounting and financial concepts, and experience to reconcile profit and loss and balance sheet. Most important job duties of transaction analysts is to forest cash flows, IRoR (Internal Rate of Return), calculating return on investment capital and net project for projects.

Education required for transaction analyst job is a bachelor's degree in finance, or accounting, economics, and statistics. In addition, the job-seekers must have at least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting. Some companies will also prefer experience in financial analysis & modeling, and forecasting and budgeting.
