A lawyer fights cases on behalf of his client and tries his best so as to make him win it. Even if the client is guilty or not, the lawyer has to make sure that he places the client in the best possible scenario, in terms of the outcome of the case. The lawyers can specialise in several types of areas like administration, insurance, child support, etc. Each of these requires different curricula to be studied in a law school. To be a certified lawyer one has to pass the bar exam.
