They do duties such as directing, participating in or coordinating preparation of food. They are also responsible for cooking, packing or wrapping of various types of food prepared or served by establishment. He or she is responsible for all activities of restaurant in absence of manager. They make sure that all the restaurant activities are steady and supportive with the restaurant's business plans.
