My teacher said that educational background should come first before the skills or career profile. But not so sure since I saw that yours were different. Can I ask which one should come first? thanks.

Which one has more weightage that should come first.
It means say if you have good experience then your education then experience should come first. Or if your education is very high compare to your experience then education details should come first.

Should i include in my resume any job experinces that are not relevant to the position i am applying for?
For example, if i am applying for an accounting position, should i include my experience as a phlebotomist/fitness instructor?
