Figure skating is an interesting sport to indulge in and to watch. Both, audience and players enjoy this game because of different types of rhythmic movies involved. As the popularity of the sport has grown tremendously, demand for figure skating coaches has also risen. As a coach, you will teach students the art of skating, the techniques of jumping, spinning, and all acrobatics moves. However, you need to be an excellent skater before becoming a coach. Besides experience, you will also need a certification from The Professional Skaters Associations (PSA) to pursue this career.

To apply for a figure skating coach position, your application must spell assessment skills along with knowledge of skating techniques. The application must say that you can train students without getting injured. Your experience to train students for skating alone and with a partner, perform synchronized skating, and ice dance must appear on the document.
