The financial advisor trainee responsibilities include recognizing, fixing up and growing a customer establishment that he owns. He broadens the customer ground and recognizes potential customers for the same. He makes merchandising and selling schemes for customer relationships that are fresh, creates selling policies and strategies and keeps in touch with the customers effectively.

The financial advisor trainee participates in meetings and helps the financial advisor come up with suitable presentations which are then presented by the latter. He works with the fiscal consultants and suggests suitable offers as and when the needs arise. He also helps the growth of the selling policies and plans that are to be achieved. He has many responsibilities that may differ from one place to another. But his key responsibilities are common everywhere. They are as under:

Qualifications and Skills Required

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or in a related field. He should have 3 years of working experience with a related department. He should be able to manage multiple projects effectively at the same time, so that he is able to execute all his duties and job responsibilities even under stressful conditions. Having a master's degree in commerce or business management would take him places and he would be able to rise to higher positions and earn more respect. At last, but not the least he should be able to adjust with the environment for which he needs to have sound physical and mental health.

Working Conditions

The fiscal advisor trainee works for about 50-60 hours per week and also moves around with the fiscal advisor most of the times. He is surrounded by clients and different fiscal documents.


He earns a decent salary of around USD 51,000 to USD 54,000 per aannum. But this may vary from one place to another depending on the kind of company where he works.
