Financial Representative Responsibilities


The financial representative responsibilities include studying and examining the needs of the customers, solving their problems and networking with them. He supervises the investments of the customers and makes sure that all the private and technical possessions of the customers are returned to him. He recognizes the active development possibilities of the company. He also studies the fiscal activities of the company and approves the fiscal security of the customers.

He is responsible for growing the customer relationships and organizing effectual plans and programs in order to explain all the approvals and measures taken by him for the betterment of the company. He also observes the concerns of the customers and makes sure that he is satisfied by improving the customer work station. He administrates all the projects under him as a self-governing builder or legal personnel to evolve and supervise trade transactions.

The responsibilities of a financial representative differ from one place to another and also depend on the kind and size of the company where he works. But he has the following key responsibilities which he executes anywhere:

Qualifications and Skills Required

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in commerce with majors in accounts or financing or in a related field. He should also have all the required certificates that prove his expertise over this field. He can also have a master's degree in commerce or in a related field. Having an MBA would be an asset for this position and to the company. With an MBA, he could reach respectable appointments in the company. He should be well versed with the ever changing marketing trends and should have the ability to scheme portfolios with a global orientation in his mind. He needs a lot of experience in this field and should be able to supervise multiple projects under him simultaneously. Finally, he should have good communication and problem solving skills.

Working Conditions

He has a standard work shift of 9 hours a day and 5 days a week. He can be directed to come on Saturdays and work overtime. He works for about 48 hours a week on an average. The financial representative deals with fiscal reports and fiscal information of the customers.

Salary

He draws an average salary of USD 55, 0000 per annum. But this may vary from one company to another and also depends on the place where he works.
