Re: Application for the position of QA Analyst

Dear Ms. Stanton,

Are you looking for someone who can work for your company tirelessly and keep producing results after results surpassing the previous ones? Your search ends on me. For I am the person you will want to be included in Lawson Technologies' quality assurance team.

There was something in me that prompted me to find mistakes in everything I touched or played with since my school days. As I grow a little older, I got attracted towards the sheer power of software applications. To pursue my interest, I completed a bachelor's degree in computer programming and got a job with Apt Systems as a software tester. It's been four years of my service in this company where I have tested, analyzed and reviewed number of programs built for automobile and real estate clients.

I can evaluate and test any new and modified software programs. I can verify the function of the programs as per the clients' specification and company's guidelines. I can write, test, revise, and verify the programs' architectural design. My recommendation and input in several programs developed by my employer have helped in strengthening client's trust. I can detect errors in codes and user interface instantly and can fix it myself or report to the development team, whichever is comfortable with you.

I am proficient in working with advanced software tools and can utilize my researching strength and testing skills to the optimal. My enclosed resume would offer more information to you about my technical skills and experience. I would like to have a personal discussion with you in relation to the QA analyst position. Please accept my call next Thursday at 11 am. Thank you for investing your valuable time in reading this letter.

Sincerely,

Larry Johnson
