A senior designer has to be an excellent leader and must have the ability to work in a team. He or she should have a creative flair as well as commercial knowledge to come up with different solutions for the problems instantly. Excellent communication skills along with software design skills are very important for this profession. He or she should have an eye for detail along with remarkable presentation skills.
