Sergeants are professionals required in the army and Marine Corps of any country. These professionals are considered as the non-commissioned officers. In the army, the job of a sergeant will be leading a fire team, which is known as squads, and consists of four to five members. Their main job is to provide leadership and take complete responsibility of the personnel that has been assigned to them.
