Transaction analysts work closely with CFO (Chief Finance Officer) and member of executive committee for multiple projects. These projects could be related to merging and acquisition, outsourcing transactions, initiating and achieving growth for the business. They have to create and maintain financial models in MS Office Suite to present their findings of financial analysis of the business.
