Baker is responsible for preparing bread, rolls, biscuits, muffins and many other products according to recipe. The position is responsible for mixing the ingredients to form the dough by hand or by using electric mixer. They give proper shape to the dough by cutting it into proper and desired shapes.
Baker observes and adjusts the temperature during baking process. After completion of baking process they remove the backed products and allow it to cool. After that they give icing and other decorations to it. Baker is responsible for baking the products such as pies, cakes, cookies, pastry and works for hotel, bakery and restaurants.
