Responsibilities of cook depend on the type of hotel or restaurant they are working for. They cook food according to the requirement of customers and serve them at their table. In small hotels they are responsible for duties such as cooking, serving it to customers, observing cleanness of table and kitchen and all management regarding to cooking.
They also clean food preparation equipments, counters, tables and other work areas. They makes plan on orders to give proper service and to save wastage of food. They also take orders form customers; accept payments and writes charge sheets.
