While constructing the programmer's resume, write down a resume based on skills that concentrating on the knowledge, skills and achievement related to the programming world.
Avoid the functional, dry, chronological listing of job posts held and responsibilities handled. Keep in mind that you are not only the programmer applying for the specific job. So make your resume for the post of a programmer unique and stand out.
The programmer's resume starts with the objective. It is placed immediately below the contact information. The objective statement of your resume should be accurate and clear-cut. Do not include any descriptive statements in it. It tells the employer in which position you are interested and for what position you are applying.

Some statements include more details, such as:
"To obtain a programmer analyst position that utilizes my excellent communication, organizational and presentational skills."
One of the good objective statements for the post of a programmer would be:

Or
"To pursue a career as a project manager in the EDA industry that enables me to use my excellent presentation and communication skills for the growth of company."
Writing objective statements in the resume is optional and mostly fresh graduates or career changers use it in building their resumes.
It can be a very tricky to write down resume objectives. A fuzzy statement, like "Looking doe a position that utilizes my skills and experience," is totally meaningless. So if you want to include an objective statement that suits to the job you are applying for. So an objective statement should indicate that you know what kind of work the company does and the type of position it needs to fill.
