Customer Service Advisor Resume

Customer service advisors (CSAs) are hired to help customers make informed decisions on buying products and services. The major responsibilities saddled by them is customers' queries, complaints, and concerns. The CSAs have to attract and sell the products or services by explaining complete features, specifications, and benefits of the things they are trying to sell. While doing so, they are expected to provide frank suggestions and opinions and consider the customers' budget and requirements.

Since CSAs work with customers over the phone, via email, and meeting in person, good communication skill is the primary qualification for the job. Besides, thorough knowledge of company's products or services, computer, and customer handling techniques are needed.
