The department of labor is an agency formed by the government of the United States of America on March 4, 1913, which is envisioned for providing aid, instructions, guidelines, information, and new releases in the employment sector to the job seekers. It is headquartered at Washington DC. Amongst the 50 states, most of them have their own department of labor, which helps the government to cover employment needs throughout the country in an organized and workable manner.
