Dear Ms. Parker:

As you know, today is my last working day at Glen Mark Pharmaceuticals. I have accepted an offer from Alex Pharmaceuticals situated in Dallas, Texas. My family and I will be moving to Dallas in next week. I'm going to miss both the organization as well as California. I'm looking forward to settling down in Texas.

I would take this opportunity to thank you and all my colleagues who have supported and helped me in various projects. The association that I have with the company as well as the people here is unforgettable. I have enjoyed working with you for the past five years. It was a learning experience. I will cherish every moment I spent here for my entire life.

I have handed over all my responsibilities to Jessica Thomas as per the management decision. You can contact her for all the work related issues. She has helped me a lot in last few days.

I thank you once again. I wish you and the company all the best for the future. Let all your dreams come true. You can contact me on my personal email address paul.anderson@gmail.com

Yours sincerely

Paul Anderson
