A labor worker should be physically strong, and be able to lift and carry around medium to heavy things. They should be able to communicate well with the rest of the team. The pay of a laborer depends a lot on the region where they work, and of course the construction company. Big companies tend to pay more, especially if the laborer is hired under a contract. The average payday brings a laborer about $15 per hour. The salaries for this job also tend to be higher in the US than in Europe.
